A changing selection of cheeses, cut to order from our counter. Each bundle includes a mix of styles, milk types and textures, chosen to complement one another. Available in three sizes.

About our bundles

We’ve put these bundles together for people who’d rather leave the selection to us. Whether you’re buying for yourself, taking a cheeseboard to dinner or hosting a party, we’ll choose a combination of cheeses that offers variety without making the process complicated.

We choose from the cheeses that are at their best when your order is packed. Your bundle might include local favourites, established European classics, cheeses from smaller Australian producers, or new arrivals to the counter.

If there are any styles you’d prefer not to receive—such as blue cheese, goat’s milk or washed rind—leave us a note with your order and we’ll adjust the selection wherever possible. If you’d rather choose every cheese yourself, we’d be happy to help in store.
