Our homage to Danish rugbrød, this tin loaf is a mix of whole sprouted rye berries, sunflower and flax seeds, held together by naturally fermented, wholemeal rye, spelt and wheat dough.

Designed to be sliced thin, this dense loaf is perfect for using in open-faced sandwiches, or smørrebrød, as it is called in Denmark.
