Made in the Yarra Valley, Madeleine is cultured and then churned using a traditional malaxeur—also used by Beurre Bordier, considered the finest butter in France.
This is real handcrafted butter that deserves great bread to go with it. We are so happy to have such a wonderful, local product here at Superette. Currently stocking their Signature salted cultured butter, unsalted, and their Piment D'espelette, which uses the same espelette pepper you'll find on the chèvre espelette we stock here too.
